The installer's take
Same platform as the WGen9500, plus a propane regulator. After a real storm, gasoline is the thing everyone is queuing for; a 100 lb propane cylinder in the garage sidesteps the whole mess at the cost of about 1,000 output watts while on LP. For a hurricane-belt household this is the more rational buy for the extra $200.
