We read everything. Three kinds of email get answered fastest:

Spec corrections.If a wattage, noise, or runtime figure doesn't match the current manufacturer datasheet, send the model and a link — we fix it and note the change.
Missing appliances or generators. Tell us what you looked for and didn't find; the catalogs grow from exactly these emails.
Unclear guides.If you read a guide and still weren't sure what to do, that's a bug in the writing, not in you.
