The installer's take

At 39 pounds it's one of the lightest 2kW-class inverters sold, 51 dBA is legitimately quiet for the class, and the fuel-shutoff switch lets the carb run dry before storage — a feature that prevents the number-one cause of dead generators (stale gas varnishing the carburetor). Long-term parts support won't match Honda, but the value is hard to argue with.
